Refund Policy

At Brandshark, each project requires advance planning and allocation of resources before execution begins. Once an advance payment is received, we initiate internal processes that may include reserving team bandwidth, assigning relevant resources, project planning, scheduling, research, onboarding, and other preparatory activities.

For this reason, advance payments are non-refundable.

The advance confirms the Client’s intent to proceed and allows Brandshark to commit resources and time to the project. Even if the Client later decides to postpone, discontinue, or cancel the project, costs and resource commitments may already have been incurred by Brandshark.

Project Cancellation

If a Client wishes to cancel a project after making the advance payment, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.

Where applicable, any further payment obligations, cancellation terms, notice periods, or settlement of work already completed will be governed by the proposal, quotation, agreement, or scope of work agreed between Brandshark and the Client.

Project Postponement

If a project is postponed at the Client’s request, Brandshark may, at its discretion, allow the advance to be adjusted against the same project when it resumes. However, timelines, resource availability, scope, and pricing may need to be revised depending on the length of the postponement.

Such adjustment should not be interpreted as an entitlement to a refund.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a payment has been made more than once due to a technical error or an incorrect amount has been transferred inadvertently, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate or excess payments may be refunded after review.

Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund Policy will be at the sole discretion of Brandshark and must be confirmed in writing.

By making an advance payment to Brandshark, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
